Arrival
When you arrive for your appointment, please call from the parking lot to let us know you have arrived. 330-628-2643

Medical History
One of our technicians will come outside to your car and collect your pet's medical history. The pet will then come inside with the technician and the owner will wait in their car.

Check Up
The doctor will call the owner over the phone to discuss the exam and any potential treatment options.

Payment
The receptionist will take payment over the phone or come out to the car for payment.

Wrap Up
The technician will return the pet to the vehicle when the exam is completed. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
